IT HAS BEEN USED FOR 4 MONTHS...IAM SELLING CAR AND GETTING AN M3..NO LONGER NEEDED BUT WILL BE MISSED...IAM ASKING 475...BUYER PAYS FOR SHIPPING..

Re: Intentional misuse of the RS-R brand and trademark by Invidia Products
Dear Valued Customers:
It has come to our attention that there may be some confusion in the market regarding the identification of automobile exhaust systems using the RS-R brand. Please be informed that the knock-off systems sold under the "Invidia" brand are not authorized to use the RS-R brand, or any other brand owned by TMC Co. Ltd. ("TMC").
You are hereby notified that TMC bears no liability for any past, current or future damage or loss, latent or otherwise that may arise from the purchase or use of any exhaust systems sold under the "Invidia" brand name, regardless of any unauthorized RS-R markings affixed to the products, its packing, or any other superficial similarities these forgeries might have with RS-R branded products.
The above brand-confusion is attributable in part to the intentional misrepresentations and unauthorized use by Invidia of the RS-R brand listed in the following examples:
1) RS-R has been identified with Invidia on some websites. Some examples of such unauthorized and misleading misidentifications are: "Invidia/RSR
