Up for sale is my header-back single exhaust made by Origin Fabrication. I had this exhaust built to my exact specification. Per request it was made with an additional Burns muffler/resonator right off the header(in location of factory catalytic converter). The Burns muffler is made of high quality thin-wall stainless and is re-packable/serviceable. I have already removed the poly filling that Burns included in the muffler and replaced it with the same full stainless scribble packing that Origin uses in their in-house titanium mufflers. I had Origin include a O2 sensor bung near the header flange so I could pass emissions when needed(no CEL). I have a plug for the bung to include when a O2 sensor is not in use. The stainless muffler is terminated with "v-band" connection where the transition to titanium occurs. A machined Tial micro v-band clamp is used allowing the exhaust to tuck up tight to the undercarriage.
The titanium portion of the exhaust is routed tight to the body while still remaining as straight/direct as possible. The muffler uses Origin's signature CNC'd billet titanium end-caps insuring maximum durability. The interior baffle is fully welded in, not press fit or passively attached like found on many Japanese manufactured titanium exhausts(common points of failures leading to costly repairs - if you can find someone capable of repairing/welding titanium). Tip is a turn-down, "dolphin" style.
The exhaust is 63.5mm throughout. Throttle response is crisp/immediate, probably the biggest take away. Sound is very smooth off-throttle with little of the typical single exhaust rasp. Being a single exhaust the sense of occasion is high, do not expect a quiet exhaust.
Please feel free to ask any and all questions about the exhaust here in the comments so I can describe it as best as possible.
Here is a video or Origin's personal car with a very similar header-back 2.5'' titanium exhaust So you can get an idea of the sound. My exhaust has an additional muffler when compared to the one in this video.

I've seen, heard, and driven this car with the exhaust and I can confirm quality is absolutely top notch. I was incredibly impressed with how straight and tucked the exhuast is on the chassis. Best part....the sound. 10/10 awesome.
