Essentially can I drop these into my dbw Ap2 head and tune using Flash-pro

Yes, you will need springs. You can use Toda springs which work with OEM AP2 retainers, or use some of the more common valvetrain components like Supertech. I can help you source some at a discount if you buy the cams.
