consider a new bumper plus shipping will cost you $250, a fair paint job should cost you $50-100...
so you should be able to get a new one painted, shipped to your door for about $300-$350... which I think $250 for an used bumper aint all that fair.
I sold mine for $120...

How can an unpainted bumper be $150 to $175? I think they are messing with you. I bet dealers pay that much from Honda. It can't be unpainted if it's used either, so it doesn't make sense.
