The Elite 2500 has more outputs/inputs, DBW compatibility, 8x injector capability, bigger internal MAP sensor, and can pretty much power any popular engine setup. With the plug n play ECU, you'll end up having to run expansion boxes if you start adding sensors. If you have or plan to run extra sensors like oil pressure, fuel pressure, flex fuel, EGT etc. the plug n play will run out of inputs pretty fast.
