Tip: prospective buyers will want to know which year ap1 (spring and damper rates are different '00-'01 vs '02-'03), and about how many miles the dampers have on them.
Im curious, do you think putting these on an ap2 would have any negative affect? I know ap1 and ap2 shocks/struts are different but not sure how they would compare.

So long as the spring rates aren't inappropriate for the damper (likely they are a decent a match), and the spring rates and whatever swaybars you will run result in the F/R balance you are looking for, then ap1 vs ap2 shocks shouldn't matter at all. Use either shock iteration on either S iteration.
