Yeah should. It's used for patching rips, tears, slashes etc.

WHat supplies do you recommend to glue these patches on. The stuff i used before only lasted for about a month and then peeled off.

Not really sure. Never glued this stuff to a top before. Couple years ago I bought some patch kit at autozone and just super glued one on. Lasted on the inside. I'm sure there are some threads on here somewhere that say how to attach a patch well.
