Default Sold: LoveFab GT1 Turbo Kit

SOLD

Up for grabs is my LoveFab GT1 turbo kit. I've had this sitting in a couple of boxes for a few months while I moved from Hawaii and got out of the Navy, and it's finally time to sell it. It only saw a few hundred miles of use while installed because I was never home during my military service and I lived on an island. Now I've picked up an NSX and sold my S2000 when I moved so I no longer have any use for it.

FAQ

Q. Do you have any pics?
A. see below. I will unpack, inventory, photograph, and repack the kit soon. It is still packed from my last move.

Q. Do you have a Dyno sheet?
A. Sorry, but no, and it will change when you tune it on your car anyway. There are plenty of LoveFab threads and none that I know of that say this kit doesn't make great power.

Q. Will you part out?
A. No, I will not consider parting any parts out at this time.

Q. Do you have any references?
A. Almost anybody in the Hawaii S2000 forum on this site.

Q. Will you take any trades?
A. I will only consider a complete Comptech Supercharger kit for a 1991-1994 NSX coupe.

Q. Did you modify the engine with this kit?
A. No, I only used 7psi of boost. No engine mods, no gasket changes.

Q. Did you have any problems?
A. Yes, almost any turbo install on a car that wasn't designed for it has initial problems. I had a hairline crack form in the collector of the turbo manifold. The first repair weld did not hold because contaminants got into the weld and the hairline crack returned. I had it welded again by a hull technician certified to weld the hulls of nuclear powered submarines, and there's nobody better in the world at welding than those guys or I wouldn't be here today as an ex-submariner. The repair was much better that time and no problems came up after that.

PICS

The oil filter isn't as messy as you think and that's the way it was designed to mount. I liked it that way personally. Thanks for the bump.

It's a 1991 Vin number 88 with only 40,000 miles currently on the odometer. I drive up your way all the time, if you find the funds before the turbo sells I'll drop it off for you.

Thanks again for the bumps guys, and like 808 JDM said I'm also an NSXPrime member, I go by NSX-Nate over there. Several people in the Socal section of Prime know me as well.
