Exclamation Anybody Have Plastic Welding Experience? (Broken Front Bumper Side Tabs)

The side tabs of my front bumper are broken. Below is a pic of what I am referring to (not my actual bumper). I understand that there are 3M epoxy kits that could fix the issue but plastic welding should be the best solution, right?

Anyone ever run into a similar situation or have plastic welding experience?

Thanks,

That's not going to give strength to that area ,fab a piece of metal & pop rivet with countersunk rivet, underside x2 rivet needed.
