AutoX this Sunday (Nov 6) in Winchester, VA
 

The last GWS Mercedes AutoX of the season will be held in Winchester, VA this Sunday Nov. 6th.

GWS Mercedes requires membership but does allow non-members to attend a single event without being a member. The lot is a pretty large lot (you will be pretty high in 2nd gear) with perfect, smooth, new surface and reasonably long runs (I got FTD last time with a 47.xx).

GWS is a nicely run and established club that has been running autoX and HPDE in the DC area for well over a decade. I am on the driving committee so just PM for details if you are interested. This is a good way to meet the members and decide if you want to sign up for next season. We also run HPDEs at VIR and Summit.

I've never run an autocross, but am interested in starting. Any problems with coming out to observe? I live in Winchester and would love to meet some other S2kers.
