I bowl Sat and Sun at 0800 Flippin' early. Originally I was to then travel to Dinwiddie for The Big Show carshow. I'm debating on whether or not to make that trip back and forth.

As of right now i dont have any plans for this weekend except for working Saturday from 12-7pm. Schedule hasnt been released for Sunday yet

 

skip are you bowling state? if so, the shot at spare times is pretty easy. i shot 698 for team there. western branch was alittle tougher. 630 singles, and 660 doubles. both are pretty decent houses if you havent been there before

Thanks. I had heard one house played pretty dry and the other was soup. Guess it's all in how you play the lanes. What equipment were you using at each house or did you primarily just use one ball at both houses?



Also, I'll find out later this afternoon what I can and cannot do. My body stiffened up between the two softball games last night. During my first at-bat in the second game I fouled off a pitch and tweaked my side muscle/fat at the bottom of my ribs. It nearly dropped me to the ground. Got back in the box and smoked the next pitch to left-center and rolling to the fence. I never saw it 'cause I was doubled up on the ground right in front of home plate.

There were two outs and a guy on second. After what seemed like an eternity, I realized that I never heard me being put out at first. I got up and hobbled to first; collapsing immediately after touching the base. I couldn't drive home last night. Fortunately the family was there in a separate car. You know I was hurting to leave my car on base and knowing that it was to precipitate today.

Anyhow, I have a 1:30 appt. to find out the damage. Hopefully it's just a strain(self-diagnosis), but it felt like someone ran a blade into my side. As of right now, I've made plans to try to find someone to take my spot, thus I wouldn't make the trip down.
