Ultimately, a person that wishes to be a part of a regional board (such as the Mid-Atlantic forum) need only start posting & participating in events related to that region to be considered a member of that forum/board. If you'd like the swanky Mid-Atlantic logo included in your sig, just PM Gregg (the board moderator for Mid-Atlantic) and he'll get it added to your signature.
