Default New S2K Owner

Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jeff and I am new to the forum and just picked up my first S2K last weekend. I live in the Northern Virginia area, specifically brandystation/culpeper location. I have been building and tracking cars with my family and friends for years now and we actually have 3 E36 race cars, one specifically for chump car endurance races.

Over the course of the years I have had and raced 3 RX-7 FD's, a few spec miatas, owned a coulpe hondas early on, two motorcycles, a SE-R Spec-V , two 240sx's one with a 500hp RB swap, and some other non fun cars. I always wanted to try out a S2K and then last year my uncle in law let me drive his and I was hooked.

To me personally, it feels like a nicer/faster miata or a more comfortable/reliable RX-7. It actually fits quite nicely between those two which is why I must like it so much. So when my dreadful daily BMW called it quites electronically ( I hate BMW's unless they are track cars BTW ) I decided to give the S2K a try. I got a AP1 with a new engine swap for a nice price, but it came with some mods I am trying to trade or sell to restore the S2k to or as close to OEM as I prefer. It has the vented hood (not cut very well IMO) and a full exhaust system. So while I stalk the forums to try and buy or trade my stuff for OEM setup, I wanted to say hi and hopefully get to come to a meet or race event and meet some of you guys.

Welcome! Any links to pictures of the new car (and previous ones)? I've always wanted an RB 240.
