Hey all,
Emissions can be a big issue for many of us in the NOVA area. The DMV has started a "rapidpass" program that allows for the car owner to simply drive through an emissions testing area. You can check online to see dates and location of these emission test locations, once you drive past a rapidpass station you can go online (after 72 hours...I think) and pay for your 2 year emissions.

Drive thru? Like at MacDonalds? Kool! Their website says it takes "less than a second."
Ohio has self-service kiosks for Echeck in the few counties that need it. Takes no more than 5 minutes, prints out the test results, and updates the DMV records. Quick, available 24 hours, but not quite drive-thru.
