Hello. Brand new here. Picked up an '05 about two months ago. Was shopping for something German, but being in the AF and married to a stay at home mom, decided to widen my search. So glad I did! 90+% of the fun (and probably 100% of the legal fun) for 40% of the cost. I have actually re-discovered the joy of driving; and it doesn't even have to be on the twisties.

A little about me: 40-year-old AF Major, married w/ two kids (who think my new car is super cool!), currently assigned to the Pentagon, originally from N Alabama, '92 Bama grad.

My S2K is a replacement/addition to my full size Bronco I've been driving for 12 years. Turned it into my daily driver (only 2 miles to the Metro), but still enjoy dropping into a roadster as opposed to climbing into my SUV. I'm in Alexandria and wanted to touch base with others here in the area. Never been into any auto-cross or anything like it, but definitely interested in any local events/drives.

'05 silver with blk/red interior, 6-spd, stock. Not sure how many mods I'll do, just enjoying having a sports car again. See you around the DC area!

Whats going on? I live in VA Beach. Drive a 04 S2K. Just bought it two months ago. Havnt done much to it yet except lower in with some TEIN FLEX coil overs. I have always been a Civic guy. Still have a project EF in the garage. Aways wanted a S2K though. Its a great ride. Cant wait to get some more done to it.

Hey guys....been lurking for a couple years and was stuck at a crossroad of what kind of car I should be considering, being 29 and coming from a civic and Type-R. I was going to leave Honda, as their current lineup was kinda anemic, but then I remembered the S2k so I will be picking up a '04 BB S2k in Florida soon! Im in NOVA specifically Reston so hope to get to some meets soon!

I've lurked many forums over the years for many of the different cars I've owned. Being a habitual procrastinator, I never took the time to get involved in the forums.

I have an '05 red on black
Kw variant 3 coilovers
Injen sp cold air
Buddy club spec 3 single outlet
Enkei staggered black wheels 18/17
Toyo proxes t1r
Valentine one detector
Alpine head unit w/ alpine s type speakers!
Bad ass alarm and a 12 gauge shotgun

I live in Potomac Maryland an graduated last semester from UMD

Hopefully there will me some meets/cruises even though it's getting colder!
