Default Will a Hondata KPro pass emissions testing in Maryland?
I have a party interested in my car (MY04 S2000) who is concerned that he will not be able to pass emissions testing in Maryland, particularly where the VIN and model information must come from the ECU. Will the Hondata KPro work in Maryland?

KPro will indeed work in Maryland for emissions. Now AEM EMS is another story .
