WTB in PA: Honda 15"s, quiet exhaust - '95 Civic
Hi all.
Trying to come and hang out here again, haven't been around in a long time. I was the first Mod for S2000 Talk shortly after the forum opened, before they commercialized with the S2KI merger. Bought a Subaru so I sort of split off...
Anyway, my brother just bought a nice '01 Accord EX-V6, so he's giving his old '95 Civic CX hatch to me at no cost. Free cars are always good. He's 24, and has had the car since his second or third year of high school.
RIght now he's still got a lot of remnants on it from that time, too. A godawful watermelon-shooter muffler, that is frightfully loud, and some hideous chrome 15" wheels.
What I'm looking for are OE Honda alloys or steelies, I'll keep the tires. Those should be in decent shape, they're relatively new. Also either a stock exhaust, or something very quiet that I can use. The car runs okay, has a couple issues but should be cheap to fix. Basic tune-up (plugs, etc.) plus an alignment, maybe brake pads/rotors.
I'm hoping for cheap or free, I'll meet up or pay shipping, depending. I'm about 25 minutes south of Harrisburg, PA. Thanks!

Oh, if there's a good regional Honda forum I can try, I'll appreciate the recommendation. Honda-Tech is the only one I know of, and last I heard it wasn't a great place. *shrug*
