Its ok, I hope I can resolve this soon....

Its a lot of money to be scamming.

In the end, all I really want is the setup!

Merry Xmas to all...

Now there's absolutely no communication with Chris, no calls/texts back...

He found a way to ruin my own xmas gift to myself! lol...

Is there anybody in the area that can find him?

What about talking to P-Tuning for a refund? He worked for them at the time of sale and used their name and company as a backup for his sales. Wouldn't they be involved as well?

Also, you told me he works at Porsche now. Why not just visit him at work?

I believe if he used Ptuning's sn on here to sell the item, they should be responsible (unless he placed a disclaimer somewhere on the thread - which I do not see).

It just sucks to see that a nice guy like Chris have his reputation tarnish these past few months (heard of many different complaints about him).

Take it to small claims court

Hmm, that's a good thought right there. I PMed ptuning awhile back, but they said they don't hold any responsibilities. Maybe that's why they deleted the main for sale thread?

This is frustrating!

I would give them a call, ask to talk to the manager, and explain to them about Chris using THEIR sn and name as a back up for his sale thread. If he wanted to sell it under his own name, there should've been a disclaimer.

I had a major problem with Ptuning and Chris a few months back and it seemed that Chris was avoiding me too. After a week of being f-ed around, I expressed my frustration and got most of my money back. I was EXTREMELY close to taking them to small claims court.

Call them, explain your situation, and if they don't comply, tell them you're going to take it to small claims court
