Default New Owner in KC

Well I’m back, purchased my 3rd S2000 in November.

My first S was a 2000 SilverStone and Black interior, purchased new in 2000.
Second S was a 2006 Rio Yellow, beautiful color.
Newest addition is a 2000 SilverStone with Red interior, love the color contrast.

Some of you may remember me as i once owned a 2000 NSX, and drove with the group to Branson with my wife.

This new venture with the S2000 is to introduce my 19 year old son to one of the best sports car Honda has made. He currently drives a 2019 Civic Si and is rebuilding a 2007 Civic Si with a turbo.

We look forward to the spring meet and greets and car events.

Any advice on top and seat repair in the KC Area?

Welcome back! What was your previous username? If you want, I can see about merging it with your current one or vice versa.

Welcome!

I have removed the entire soft top assembly in them and previous owner of mine replaced mine. Kind of a PITA job but I dont think all that terribly hard if you are good with working with your hands. its pretty crammed back in there and you have to take some interior stuff out to do it.

I replaced one for a friend back in 2009 or 2010. Don't remember the exact year but he had an AP1 and wanted the Robins top with the glass rear window. I did it using really crappy printed out instructions. Was a bit of a pain but is totally doable if you are good at things like that as engifineer said.

I guess I didn't answer your question though. I am not really sure who does that sort of thing here in the KC area.
