Overland Park PPI
 

Hey guys, im getting into my 5th (and last) s2000 and i found a good one there in KC.
Is there anyone on here who can do a PPI for me, or point me in the direction of a mechanic who can? More than happy to pay you for your time.
The car seems nice, low miles (50k, MY06), so there shouldnt be much going on.

I recommend having Ben at Lee's Summit Honda inspect it. He was trained by Tim Heron who was the mechanic that everyone in the area took their S2000 to until he left. If people are starting to buy I may have to decide on selling mine or not. Considering getting a Model Y and may sell the S to help on down payment.

I would recommend dealerships always doing a PPI. For any car I have purchased, Honda, BMW, Nissan, and etc.....dealers are best to inspect. They will also nitpick as they want to do the service after the purchase.

Ben's no longer with LS Honda. Anyone have other recommendations or where I could get Ben or Tim's help?

Sorry for the late reply here. I know for sure Tim is no longer at LS Honda. He lives in Arizona now and left his mechanic career in the rear view mirror.

As much as I hate to push you to Facebook, I would ask in the Kansas/Missouri group there. I am not sure if you have done that as I left Facebook recently. There are folks there that pay more attention to these types of questions. Hope you can get what you need.

Did anyone get Ben's last name? Might help in tracking down his new shop.
