Nice, but only pertains to the U.S. Here's what I've put together (exterior paint colors only).
Note: These tables are sorted by Honda's Paint Code, since many of the color names varied depending on the market (and even by year within the same market!).
Does anyone know the color code for the AP1 red interior? Dye manufacturers only seem to sell Honda code 89 which is not correct for the AP1. I believe there is a different shade of red used on the AP1 and AP2 with code 89 being specific to the AP2. The AP1 has a bit darker and richer look.

FYI: You can get these color codes off of any "Red" part name off of a honda parts catalog, IE if you search for seats from each of those years, It will display the RED color code and red color name on the part description, The example above is the same Driver side leather seat base cover - from different years with the part number.
Wow, thanks for that info. Three different shades of red? Makes me wonder why the dye manufacturers only list one red for the entire run of the S2000, which has an orange tint to it compared to AP1 red leather. I am sending in door card leather to have it custom matched and I will post what the formula is if they provide it. I used to be in graphic design where print colors were represented by pantones and CMYK so I am not sure how dye mixture formulas are presented.
