You can lend money and get an annualized yield of 18% or more. You choose the type of borrower and risk profile. I know some people who have made great returns with that. I opened an account and got a return of 8%, it's been great so far since every month part of the principal is paid along with interest. Here is an update of my returns and a screenshot of my account: http://adviceaboutfinance.com/2013/0...r-7-82-return/
Update: Im averaging 9% and I have used the proceeds to reinvest. I am slowly building this portfolio up so I added a few more hundred dollars for a total of $1000
