Just a question guys. I bought XXX amounts of shares of COP Conoco Phillips and I didn't know they were doing a split. So today i noticed that Cop took a noise dive from $71.80 to $55.65. I did some reading and they stated that investor needed to be holding COP on April 16,2012 before they can receive any shares of the new spinoff. So does this mean I lost over $15.00 a shares because they did a spinoff today??
