it was only a few months ago i had an arrogant son-of-a-bitch-shit-head contact @ lehman that would be-little me as i work for a canadian bank. (--im an overly underpaid back-office bitch)

conversations that would always carry:

ronnie: can you change this for me?
me: why?, its market standard that we are the calculation agent
ronnie: we are a dealer
me: so are we
ronnie:...well, i dont know how to say this to you, but we're much larger than you.
me: good for you (here's a fukkin cookie thinking in my head). have your trader contact ours.

now:

i send and e-mail to follow up on something and i get this
