What has JP Morgan Chase done "right" to keep themselves off of all of the lists and out of the spotlight? Apologies if that's a stupid question -- it just occurred to me that they are one you never hear about.

AIG and WM, among others, are already bankrupt if you use the common definition.

AIG however, will only fail if the fed has no other options, which I don't think is yet the case. If AIG is rescued, that safety net will be reduced substantially. I like your choices though.

By the way, goldman had a great quarter.
