The Not Got A Problem Thread

I'm sure you won't be offended if i tell you that these "not" threads are daily reading for me.
while i'm here, I've definitely not got any sort of problem with my brakes after I stripped and cleaned them on sunday. Should I go back and attempt to instigate some sort of long standing and difficult to locate problem? It's just that i'd hate to not have anything to not do next weekend.
I hope you guys are coming to Silverstone Classic so we can't talk about all the things we haven't yet got round to not doing.

I had to think for a while about your brake maintenance, Rob. I wasn't sure if it qualified for a mention in this thread, but as long as it was purely preventative and not because of any specific problem, I think it's ok. And please don't go and deliberately create a problem - remember, this thread is specifically for non-problems only.
For clarity though, if you are suffering with some technical issues, feel free to post up about the aspects of your car that are still in 100% working order and advice on how to do nothing about those fully functioning parts.
Personally, I'm really looking forward to SORNing my car this winter. I'm planning to write a detailed blog about not driving it, with daily updates about what I haven't done, the places I haven't been and the issues I haven't encountered, along with a photo diary of it under its cover on the driveway.
As for Silverstone, I hadn't thought about it, but I might take a look now you come to mention it. Hopefully I'll have a problem crop up in the meantime so I can ask for some help to fix it just in time.

Indeed, these not threads are highlight of the day.
Whilst contemplating what not to do to my car tonight I decided to wash it. Whilst hosing it down I had the unfortunate realisation that it remained dry inside. This intrigued me so I decided to go and see if I had any Shinetsu grease left in the shed. After a long hunt it transpired I had none so was unable to grease the door and hood seals. So now I'm getting worried that it won't leak in the next torrential downpour.
Any help all you experts out there can give to help resolve this situation will be gratefully received. If there is anyone on the Guildford area that could come over and check my seals aren't leaking that would be even better.

Rich - am I right in thinking you're in the West Country somewhere? If so, I'd recommend not using the M60 Manchester ring road and the M8 between Glasgow and Edinburgh for not going to Austria.
In fact, you should be able to not use that route for any GP trips you don't have planned.
