I like the idea of a club carting event.

Boston F-1 outdoor day

A big meeting to define the club, its mission, and why it is a value to the membership.

I say since you guys have F1 and we have a good indoor track in Wallingford CT. We could do qualifying at both locations and have some final races at each with the top qualifiers.

Also I'd like to resurect that wine drive next year. I miss it. :cry:

I am thinking at least these drives for 09:

1) Early Spring Local CT Litchfield Drive
2) Spring Mohawk Memorial Drive (Bob, Bruce)
3) Early summer Wine Drive of CT
4) Fall Mohawk Memorial Drive (Bob, Bruce)
5) Late Fall Local CT Litchfield Drive

As for meets - A couple of hooters ones. One in Milford, CT and the other in Vernon, CT.

Maybe we can even set up a indoor winter time. F1 trip cause december till april is a long span of doing nothing. Granted it will be in the beater cars and daily drivers. but still will definitely be a great time. and we should see about renting the track instead of trying to just buy a couple races. if we get enough people it wont be too bad of a price and we will get a lot more racing in and it will be all to ourselves.
