WARNING:

All state, local, and university laws will apply to this event. This also includes the prohibition of any substances, including, but not limited to alcohol and drugs. In addition, any weapons, including, but not limited to guns and knives, and fireworks are not allowed on the university premises. We ask that you refrain from bringing such items.

In addition, any dangerous driving maneuvers, including, but not limited to, revving, burnouts, or drifting, are strongly discouraged.

Self-policing from fellow spectators is allowed and encouraged.

If found to be an endangerment in any shape or form, we reserve the right to remove you from the event without refund. UMLPD will be present and if needed, Lowell PD will intervene.

River Hawk Racing and the University of Massachusetts Lowell does not accept any liability for the results of misconduct - everyone is personally responsible for their own judgment and waives all rights to lay claim resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after this event.

Show vehicle entrants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to entering their vehicle.
