Glenn,
This is our second twilight zone encounter....I posted a similar post at the exact same time!!....kinda scary. (I will delete my other post).
I am interested in the drive, all depending upon what time Gene wants to meet with us.

The 'Vette guy's in if you'll have me.

Non aggressive touring, if you please.

John, You are more than welcomed to go!

But... I am not sure if two people are going to be enough....

For those of you going, make sure your driving skills (car control) are up to par - otherwise, slow down - no points awarded for bravery. I've driven part of that section of road before.

Watch for trailing throttle (or brake) induced oversteer. Be careful of the decreasing radius turns and the off camber ones. And of course, watch for the donut consumers.

Whoever may be going, stay tuned for the weather forecast as there are possible t-storms Saturday (I am not taking my car on the drive if the forecast remains the same).
