I tried to remind myself - Its just a car. It can be fixed with a little (or a lot) of $ thrown at it.
We know your pain. We had just had a new bumper installed on our car after I had a little mishap while on vacation in Canada. We went to the NE meet in the Fall, and came out from dinner only to find the front bumper all scratched and scuffed. We are guessing it was from a truck that was parked near us. Not happy. The damage was not going to "buff right out." Got it re-painted again, had a few good years from that paint, we were less than 30 miles from home after a very long road trip, there was debris in the road +1 could not avoid. Yep, the bumper got it again. Re-done last spring. As mentioned somewhere, this spring we hope to have a crease taken out of the rear quarter, and the hood painted. The color of the hood really does not match the vehicle anymore. +1 also mentioned the mirrors could use a re-spray too. Gotta keep "his girl" looking good.

Looks good Bill!! Is the paint smooth or does it have the orange peel effect?

No orange peel, but there is what looks like an inconsistency in the surface of the hood where it rises up at the rear edge. It feels smooth, it looks smooth, but I see something in certain lights that looks like a shadow or a wave. I can't see it from most angles. It requires leaning over the hood and looking down into the paint to detect it.
