I believe I see the car your talking about. I am not posting a link to it since you may have had reasons not to do so.
It is impossible to properly judge a car's condition from pictures, but looks good. Congratulations.
As Bass says, it is fairly priced. It reflects the fact it was a lease, and the fact that it was a New England daily driver as indicated by 43K miles on 32 months. Just my unbiased opinion.
