So I am thinking about selling my 2000 S2k, that just turned over 50k while on my third drive of the year today! With pricing being kind of subjective, I was wondering what locals are seeing for prices, and if anyone has sold what did they use?
I sold a car on CL back in the day, but don't feel like putting the S up there and dealing with the scammers and low ballers.

So if you sold where did you sell, on S2KI, Autotrader, Bring a Trailer, Cars and Bids? And what was the overall experience, would you use the service again, or steer clear?

Well after all the feedback (JK), my S is up on Autotrader, and within 10 minutes I got three scam messages... the joys of selling a car!

I will report back with my experience if it sells and hopefully provide a bit of insight for the next guy! I may put it on a few more sites, but don't want to be inundated with you're asking too much, or would you take $8k and ship it to Botswana!

 

Why not list it in the cars for sale section here? I sold one recently and it was a smooth transaction. There were a few tire kickers/time wasters that jumped on the ad, but nothing too much out of the ordinary.
