I did not call Northeastwheelrepair.com. I'm working with a vintage car restoration shop in New Hampshire to get a price. Not sure if it will pan out. I should know shortly. We'll see. Thanks for the lead. I'll update after I get this done.

Well, I got a number from the restoration shop and lets just say that I'm back to the search. I have so far only found one shop that says they can do what I am looking for which is stip, paint and clear coat the entire wheel and repaint the wheel caps. Do any of you have any experience with this outfit in Medford, Mass: https://www.thewheelfix.com/.

Nope, never heard of them but if you end up using them let us know what you think.
Shop looks clean, probably brand new and they seem to drink on the job based on the champagne bottle... jk.
I might have AP2 V1s I just might refinish, or sell.

Thanks for the input. I've decided to go with the car restoration shop. I'm not confident these various specialty wheel refinishers are going to do the level of work that I am looking for on these very special wheels. This restoration guy is a pro. This job is a piece of cake for him.
