Default windshield replacement recomendations

Anyone recomend a good place for me to get my windshield replaced on my S? I''m in southern Vt but will also consider traveling towards western mass, or keene n.h. or towards Albany. My main concern is getting the job done right. Thanks in advance!

I just had mine done by Plymouth Auto Glass in CT. They got my insurance (State Farm) to spring for Honda glass, Honda trim (CT law requires ins to cover windshield 100%, but by law they can spec aftermarket glass). The installer for my area (Southern CT) was super knowledgeable and detailed.

He also replaced the mirror button so I could mount my 370z Gentex mirror with backup camera monitor built in.

They did it in my driveway. Fully equipped truck. I don't know if they cover anywhere closer to you, or just CT. You can call them and the person that answers will probably remember them handling the details for my car.

I've used them before for other cars. Never had an issue. I prefer smaller shops, not giant chain stores.

Thank you I will keep that in mind sounds like what I am looking for. Would prefer something closer but if I have to take a road trip to get it done properly I will. This is the first body part that is going to be replaced on my S (and hopefully the last)!

Was wondering what the cost was with the Honda glass and trim?

Free. CT requires insurance to fully cover glass replacement.

But iirc glancing at installer paperwork, trim cost $85, windshield was $480?

I had the windshield replaced earlier in the spring at Portland Glass in Rutland Vt and they did a fantastic job no issues at all. The tech even put some primer in the windshield frame for me. He said getting the rearview mirror right was a challenge but he kept at it until it was right.
