Hey Everyone,

This is an update to the super secret PM to Doug a while ago.

I have emailed Carrie Tingley Hospital about doing a toy donation on the 19th of December. It is a Sunday. I know its close to CMAS and that some might be out of town and/or already have plans (football can be secondary this day).

I am hoping to get a gathering of people together to get toys, cloths, blankets, etc. to the hospital this holiday season. Right now, i am hoping to get everyone to meet somewhere around say !!NOON!! and we can hang out for a bit (about an hour or so) and then at 1PM we can go do a "drive" around ABQ for a while with our destination to be at Carrie Tingley Hospital around 2PM.

Please please if you can make it, i would be great to get a large group to donate some toys to some needy kids and families this season.

I would say no more than 10 - 15 $ on a toy or clothing item or blanket or something.

Also, this does not have to be exclusivly S2K's. ALL makes and models welcome.

Any questions can be PM'ed and I will update with more detail when i hear back from the hospital.

Wow! Thanks a lot man for doing this. Unfortunantly i might not be able to make it. My 5 year anniversary is the 17th so we might be out of town for a few days.

 

5 years.... marry the girl already. Just kidding Doug Madison and I waited till 5 1/2 years. Untill she was done with school. The wife and I will try and make it.

 

I'm sure Lara and I can make it.

 

I'll make it. I'll see about some of my other friends can join in their cars.

 

Yep 5 years together and something like 8 knowing each other!
Neither of us are done with school so thats part of the hold up.

 

Any other car groups going to be on this drive? Who all have you heard from?

 

I have not heard from anyone as of yet, i havent even heard back from the Hospital if it is even cool to dontate the toys. I am thinking right now since only you have commited to go, maybe we hold off until after the holidays and do a donation run when everyone has time and is in town.
