the phones have serial numbers on them and you're name isnt registered to that phone. who knows if that phone was reported stolen or not. its not worth the headache. throw it away or sell it on b20.

I'd return it, too. See if you can unlock it and call "home" of just take it to an AT&T/Apple store. The phone's serial number is registered to the user. They'll be able to get it back to its rightful owner very easily.
