Anybody running a Tanabe Medalion Touring on LI?

So I'm in the market for a quieter exhaust coming from my J's Racing 70rs, and Tanabe is one of my choices. I'd love to hear it in person for the first time, is there anyone on Long Island that would like to meet up one day? I am located in Suffolk County.

I used to run this exhaust and vouch for the subtle sound 100%

I also have the opportunity to buy a Fujitsubo Legalis R. With the unlikely chance of seeing this exhaust up for grabs again, I think i am going to buy it. Worst comes to worst, I can always sell and go for the Tanabe; heard Fujitsubo sells quick!!

Fujitsubo has a great tone, not loud, and can be made louder with a TP. Had one for years.

I have a Fuji now. I love it. I searched long and hard for it and finally got it on a group buy. When it seemed I wasn't going to get one I almost pulled the trigger on a Tanabe Medalion. Since then the only other option that has come up to consider now would be a Milltek.

The only thing that is making me hesitate is the raspy/buzzing sound some videos are showing. I'm not a fan of that, I don't think anyone is lol Hopefully it sounds a lot better in person, exhausts usually do. Do you have any of those sounds on yours?

I'm just ready for no drone! And i'm hoping it sounds better in person than in videos. I've heard nothing but positive things about this exhaust everywhere, hopefully they all hold up to it!

Not getting any raspy or buzzy sound. Going on two years now. Nothing but praises.

I hope it'll be that way for me! Any chance you have exhaust clips of yours?

Sorry no audio clips:shrug:
