Yeah the prices are rediculous but if you go in person it's a different story , when I bought mine they where asking 28,000$ for the car it only had 14,000 miles a 2005 , I ended up walking out with the car for 21,000$ , I just stayed firm on my price

Just want to chime in here. I purchased my S2000 at Bridgewater Acura with 6,800 miles on it last year and did not have an issue. They play hardball, but I threw it right back at them. They obliged to every one of my requests and the sales rep who assisted me was as nice as he could be while still fulfilling the job he had to do.
I was able to see the car in their storage area/parking garage, request to have it placed on a drive-on lift to inspect the undercarriage, and talked through all the finer details I wanted sorted out. I was in and out the door in one afternoon and when I went, there were two <7,000 mile AP2s to choose from. One is owned by another S2Ki member on here and he is enjoying his car as well.
Sure, it's a dealer. We know how they are making money and it is a "money mill" in there. But if you have careful eyes, take your time and don't buy with your emotions and compulsions, you will be okay. Their current inventory is pretty dry and I'll be completely honest I think that Red '08 at $30K is completely overpriced, but play the waiting game and the price will drop.
Best of luck on your search!
