If I thought corner balancing was a worthwhile service I'd do it also.

I think it's a gimick just like axle spacers.

Billman250,

Will you be vacationing in Germany or Europe anytime soon. My 2008 CR is scared of these german mechanics and could use your professionalism and expertise.

Thank You.

AC mod: allows you to turn the AC of while using the defroster.
axle nut tsb: axle nuts are under torqued from the factory on all s2k from 2000-2009.

Speaking of axle nuts I tried tightening mine down some a while back but I only have so much strength. What do you tighten them to? I have a loud clicking coming from the rear after releasing the brake. I feel it may be this same axle nut issue. Only happens when I apply slightly more than moderate brake. Happens all the time, while rolling on the highway, going two miles per hour and stopping hard. I know its difficult to diagnose this way but any tips on what to check may help with your experience. I already lubed sway bar and looked under for loose bolts in suspension and any bolts I have loosened in the past without luck. Only issue I found is a MINOR tear in one of the diff mounts.

Most likely axle nut tsb.

The nuts need to be unstaked and removed and greased first. you cant just tighten them.
