Default Car is finally running!

After over a year of the car sitting in my garage I was able to have it tuned today. Many problems along the way but HUGE thanks to everyone who helped me through it. I can't wait to really turn up the boost.

At about 14psi or so.

No idea what happened here, maybe Arnold can explain better.

both graphs are at 14psi max. For the most part the car stayed at high 13 psi and rarely saw 14psi. We could not get it past 14psi due to the wastegate spring and a faulty boost solenoid. The second chart represents what to expect on race fuel at the same boost levels. Since that specific tune is not recommended for 93 oct, we of course change it. It was interesting to see the change in numbers because this setup uses 9.5:1 comp pistons whereas the other setups use a gasket to lower compression. There were several challenges and I'm glad we finally figured out what the concerns were. The car felt great and sounded even better. Drive safe and let me know when you are ready to turn up the boost. Please remember to change that oil soon and switch to synthetic.

I had a weak start today but hopefully it was just I just lost fuel pressure for a second. Sounded strong afterwards.

we will have to change out those plugs too. Try to pick up some NGK #9. As for the fuel pressure, not sure...keep an eye on it. Might be the fuel pump or a relay/fuse.
