I would suggest keeping what you would do in a potential situation like finding thieves in your driveway to yourself. Writing something like that can be turned into premeditation by a prosecutor if something like you describe actually did occur. Also, if you have a firearm you should be aware that in NYC you are automatically brought before a grand jury if their is a shooting. Even if you are properly licensed and it was a clearly justified shooting in self defense, you are brought before a grand jury in NYC. Better to keep a machete handy in NYC for cutting cheddar cheese and spreading ketchup on your sandwich.

My comment was meant to be taken as a deterrent to any thief who may be lurking on here. You know, kind of like wheel-locks. Do wheel-locks work? Not really...but hopefully they will make a thief keep it movin' and look for an easier set of wheels to swipe. Same goes here- Hopefully knowing a certain S2K owner is armed, will make a thief think twice about stealing his car.
If freq sees this stolen berlina black s2000 with its "new owner" at NYST on the 9th, is he really going to "kill the bastard"? Probably not.
On the other hand- My car is in my garage. My garage is attached to my home. My home is where my wife & young daughter sleep safely at night. Would I shoot someone if I find them roaming around in my home? Hopefully I'll never have to find out.
