Clear coat fix?

Question Clear coat fix?

Got a little too aggressive with the power washer and knocked the clear coat off of my daily (quarter size) on the bumper, any idea how to fix? can i tape it off and respray with something off the shelf? hardly noticeable I just don't want it to grow.

they sell clear spray paint. it's worth a shot.

Clear spray paint is not the same as clear coat. There will be a noticeable difference. You should check post this in the wash and wax section and check Youtube. If anything can be done, somebody on there did it. .

I 100% agree with you Al, but I think Andy just wants a quick and easy way to seal it and stop it from spreading.

Depending on the color, you might be able to match it with vinyl wrap. Not the best solution but might be enough so you're not bothered by it without spending much.
