Dealers do not pay shipping on oem parts.

Tell your dealer to put it against their stock order. Whenever it comes in it comes in. Likely 1-3 days.

ANY dealer that charges shipping, even an ENGINE, is ripping you off and you should tell them so.

I did told them why they charging me shipping if they have the part right there... his answer was... ''That's how they make the money... if you dont like it order online''

I bought my full ACT clutch kit for less than $500, which is significantly cheaper than pricing it separate with the OEM disc. The act disc is actually the same as an OEM disc. The buzz is not noticeable, especially with an exhaust, but can still be slightly heard sometimes.

I bought my kit from extreme psi, with free shipping last year. They were selling it for $4xx.xx shipped, but they are currently out of stock. I have yet to see a better price than theirs.

kevin, never go to honda city if you can help it. one of the worst honda dealerships on the island. bill and i had this convo today. im too trying to make up my mind betweend the SOS cluth and the ACT package billman is talking about. ill have to price everything out and see the difference to really make up my mind. as far as flywheel i will be using ap1 and removing the useless clutch delay valve. good luck with your choice clyde

For what it's worth Jeff minitoyota's recommendation is the same as Billman's. OEM clutch disk, ACT pressure plate and 8 or 11lb flywheel depending on your preference. Personally I'm going with this setup and 11lb fly next year. I don't see myself dealing with a 8lb fly and getting stuck on GWB or cross bronx traffic. Been there, done that with my previous car and it sucked big time.

Do NOT use a complete ACT kit, because the ACT DISC is no better than an OEM Honda. In addition, the ACT DISC will cause horrid clutch buzz. OEM disc will not, and it will handle 500 HP.
Thanks!! I'll go with this setup. The SOS will cost more and I have a feeling the pedal feel will be too soft.

Laundry list:
ACT Prolite flywheel (part # 600350) http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ACL-600350/ -- $309
ACT Pressure plaate (part # h021) http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ACL-H021/ -- $481
Honda OEM clutch disk (part # 22200-PCX-055) -- $111
Honda pilot bearing (part # 91006-PCX-008) -- $14
Honda clutch release / throw out bearing (part # 22810-PCY-003) -- $94

Total ~ $1009

Awesome. You're gonna have to let me drive it around a bit once you have it installed so I can feel what that prolite fly feels like. By the way, you may want to check out Amazon.com, they have a bit lower prices on those two ACT parts or better yet check with one of the S2Ki sponsors. Maybe they can hook you up with better pricing.
