The first annual S2000 Takeover at NYST! (SOLD OUT)

This was a great event. Thanks Brad for setting this up. My car wasn't ready but looking forward to next time. I would like to especially thank Billman for making me sweat up my new helmet on the ride along. I rode with him before but never on the track. All in all it was still a great intro to track day for me.
I took a couple of days off from work and had a great stress-free mini vacation. I stayed up here until Saturday.
Shout out to Chef's brother Jesse; thanks for buying me out.
As always it's good to meet new people but it was a blast to hang with the OGs that I haven't seen for some time. Looking forward to next time.

Bill also knew I had one, but mine's like a 2010 non-signature model. Not worth as much on the resale market, but, just as useful! Haven't had the rattle once since it was done.

If anyone wants my raffle prize.

Our goal for this rear braking system was to provide a high-torque rear brake solution for the Honda S2000 which retains the stock e-brake. This rear brake system was developed to be used in conjunction with our AP Competition Front Brake Kit for the S2000. While our Competition Front Brake Kit performs exceptionally well, the stock rears (or '99 spec for that matter) left some additional braking potential on the table. Our rear brake kit utilizes the stock caliper with a billet 6061 aluminum relocation bracket to increase and optomize rear brake torque by allowing the use of our custom 330mm two piece rotor (vs 294mm stock rotor). Our rotor is designed with a hard anodized aircraft-grade billet 2024 aluminum hat to withstand extreme temperatures, and is mated to our 330mm directional curved vane discs with aero-space hardware.
This rear brake kit combined with our AP Competition Front Brake Kit for the Honda S2000, represents the pinacle of competion braking packages for the S2K, while retaining the streetability required to drive to the track and back.
