Anyone know of any "friendly" inspection shops in the jersey shore area? I rather not have to take off my tp and put it back in out in this cold weather =p. I've got o2 sim so no CEL but it's pretty obvious if they look under or use a sniffer.

Did a quick search and all I found was a couple conversations back in 06 without any good conclusions.

yeah to be honest I took my car to a private garage the last time and I took
off the test pipe because I didn't want to chance it but they didn't use a sniffer
they just plugged in the OBII sensor and that was it didn't even look at anything
I live in Bergen County NJ so this really doesn't help so good luck in your search
and let us know how it goes

Doh. yeah I was hoping for some local private garages that might just plug in the OBDII and be all lazy by not doing visuals/sniffing =). Thanks anyways though. I'll update if I find a decent place.
