is there a hole on the side of your block? might be a little hard to fathom, but maybe a large leak from a valve cover?

Could even be a small crack in the block and maybe you just can't see it?!?!?!?... No idea.

I'd wipe it down, top it off, and have someone raise the RPMs a bit so you can see where it's coming from. And wear goggles! :)

I would not drive this car with the oil spewing everywhere. that has to be a huge fire risk.

Hoping this is not major problem for you, can't imagine a third engine in 2 years.
