What is this feeling that has come over me? I dont like it! The feeeling of losing. This is what Met fans must feel like all the time!
All Yankee fans should not turn their back on Rivera. He has been there for us soooooo many times in the past. He is allowed one F#@K up. Even though it cost us the world series.

team with talent? the best team? the best closer? superstar shortstop? hmmm.. i think the yankees got way too cocky...
i don't hate the yankees but it is time for someone else to win. especially from a team who thinks they deserve to win...

The Dbacks beat baseballs best postseason reliever. For that there are now the new world champions. The Yankees will tell you that and even the hardest of us Yankee Fans (me included) will too. Do we like it NO!
Four out of the last five World Series Wins and 20 postseason series wins in a row will get anyone that respect.
I guess it was more the TV and all the sports guru's that said the Yankees are THE team and expected to win.
