Hey guys, I'm a new s2k owner, and the s2k I purchased had some mods on it that I need answers to that the dealership couldn't answer. I don't know if this is the right place but does anyone know the previous owner of this s2k? I bought it from white plains

My main question was about the f20 in the car, what ecu is on it and did he also swap the tranny

Is it an AP1 or AP2?

Drive it and see if the fuel cut out kicks in at 8200 rpm, or if it will rev on up towards 9000 rpm, just do it carefully so it doesn't over-rev past 9000
As for the tranny ap1's have longer gears than ap2's so at what mph are u topping out at in those gears? This will give you an idea

Engine and Transmissions have VIN plates of the car it was made for. Check it to see if its ap1 or ap2 on both.

I was mainly posting it here to find the previous owner, but the gear ratio discussion might be a good way for me to figure it out thank you
