I didn't see this posted anywhere.

For 2017 I really need to take my car out to the track for the first time.

I tried contacting the organizer about schedule. What time does it start and end for all the options for ride along, beginner, advanced, etc...

Does anyone know or have prior experience?

You should come to the first NASA event in May at NJMP lightning. I will be there racing and could help you out. Instructors are great with that organization.

NJMP member days are either you have to be a member or invited by a member. the other track days (other than member days) you posted looks like paced laps. meaning you will always follow someone so you might not enjoy.

refer to DHonovich or search for ACNA-NJ on pocono full course on 5/5. Also, there are some SCCA events as well.

What DHonovich said. LOTS of fellow S2000 owners will be there too for spares and support. May 5,6 & 7.

as far as safety equipment what else do you need besides a roll bar for these events?

Some of these don't even require a roll bar.

You WILL need a helmet though. Most organizers like to see Snell SA2015 helmets.

AFAIK only NASA is being flexible on the roll bar and okay with the broomstick test?
