I’ve been told you have to wait a couple weeks to be able to PM or you can pay a sign on fee and maybe can PM sooner. I’m new also and am not 100% sure.

Please keep in mind if you are a new S2KI user, it may be approximately 2 weeks before you can communicate with members, if you have not paid the member fee.
